He genuinely wished to assist in rectifying the dissatisfaction from my last visit to this dealerships service department and offered to personally ensure that if I dropped my vehicle off, it would be taken care of accordingly. He also expressed interest in correcting the issue in which customers do not receive updates as their vehicle is being serviced. Due to this willingness to work toward customer satisfaction, I am updating the rating for the dealerships service department.
