I visited there yesterday aug 12th. This was my third visit and by far the worse. Arrived 30 minutes prior to appointment(10:30 was appointed time) it was for a sync update on radio. (About 1hr job) I never left there until 1:45. Very poor communication and very poor customer service. Only one person there tried to accommodate me. Forgot to get his name was not my service advisor. Will not be going back. JC Lewis Ford of Hinesville is the closest Ford dealership near us. I’ve always heard to stay away from dealerships close to military bases but I’m glad I gave them a chance. My Daughters Honda Civic would not start at 6pm and called Mr Warren Bacon and he said I could have towed and they would look at it. They repaired by the next day. Excellent service.
Great service on our Bronco. Was completed on time and did not have to wait at pickup time.
The slowest dealership for service I’ve ever been to. I always make and appointment and on average I am waiting close to 2 hours. Not to mention, one time the mechanic didn’t even put my oil cap back on and it made a huge mess. They did rectify this situation but I dread taking my car for service each time.

JC Lewis Ford in Hinesville is a crooked dealership with ZERO integrity! Buyer BEWARE! I brought in my 2022 Ford Escape for 2 service related issues... they kept my car for over 30 days with AWFUL communication. There Customer service is horrible, they were suppose to make an appointment to get my Speedometer worked on he said he wasn't able to get ahold of anybody, I have him a pass for that, but It's now almost 3 I haven't heard from him all day so I took it upon myself to Make the appointment. He also thought it was funny to laugh when I said I keep on getting speeding tickets cause I don't know my speed limit, which is very disrespectful cause knowing they don't care about the results of their actions.

Everything was fine until last minute we got hit with last minute fees. The dealership had their approved loan amount and basically went back on their word last minute. If it wasn't for us pulling an extra $1000 out of our assess the deal would have never happened

Went in looking for a truck salesman (Billy) was very nice but when I was talked to by another manager I would assume about price felt very insulted the way he was talking to me like I had no idea what I was talking about.
